cj219 cant believe half the year is gone.
I live in kind of a small place. Would like a place with more room. Bigger closets, and more kitchen cabinets. I would like to have a bar, poker table, and big screen TV in the basement.

around to see all the houses that my company has built. He made the comment that we should sell our house and buy one that the company built. Wondering if that might be a good idea. Hmm…

While in Oklahoma, we took my husband for a few drives through the different housing editions in the area. He fell in love with some of the houses and the fact that we can get 3x as much for the same price there compared to here. So he wantes to move to OK when he gets out of the military. I’m so excited because I would love to live close to my family again. I miss them so much.
I’m just so tired of my kids making our great/living room their play room! I’m tired of warding off visitors because of the clutter. We NEED more room!

before we buy another house. But I keep looking to find ideas of what I want. I think we’ll be better off building than buying. I guess that means I’ll have to talk to the boss and see if he’ll do a custom house for me. Hmmm? Maybe.
So my friend (with this nice 4 bedroom, three bathroom house that has a garage and huge yard for the dogs) called to tell me she’s moving out of state. She and her husband want the house to go to someone they know will take care of it so she said they’ll sell it for what they owe, closing costs + a little money to help them move. Now if you look at what they got the house for and what they owe compared to how the market is in their neighborhood it’s an awesome deal. We could be so happy there, except my husband is in school and I don’t make enough to qualify for the loan. So for now we’re left with our smaller house. Oh well…
In my head, this place is mine. I need to redecorate it. But it would be a labour of love. In my head and heart, it’s my house and I am so excited to have it. I want this house so very much. I want to listen to the birds singing outside in the morning and have a stroll through the garden in the evening.
I would be able to be such a great gardener in this house. That would be two of my things done. I really want this house.
We want more room. A bigger kitchen and dining area so that we can have enough room when all the family and friends come over for our dinners and bbqs. My son needs a bigger room than he has now because he will not stay 2-years-old forever (unfortunately) and he is already outgrowing the box room nursery. My daugher’s room is prefect the way it is but I would like it if her room overlooked the garden. A very beautiful, big garden. We need a bigger master bed room so that we can fit better and not be clambering all over each other in the morning in that mad rush to get ready for work.
We also need a family room (maybe a big conservatory). I would like it if we had a seperate recieving room for company where I wouldn’t allow mess. This way my husband’s family don’t have to visit us and look at the toys strewn all over the place. And I would like a little alcove off of the family room to put the computer and stereo system for my husband. Also, a nice garage for him so he can keep his tools and stuff in and get them out of my kitchen!!!! yes. A nice big house with nice neighbours on each side.

I want to have enough room for the kids and the dog to play outside. Room for the hot tub. Room for flower beds and trees. And I want a house with extra room. For the kids, guests, the library, an office, play room, formal dining, family room, HUGE kitchen, big bathrooms (jacuzzi tub included), with a wrap around front porch with rockin’ chairs for when Mom visits, and a tower for me to sit in and read and look out at whatever I want, and a big garage for my husband to store all his cars and room for him to play and do boy things. :)
