    My delicious bread has 4 ingredients- water, flour, yeast, olive oil. What does your bread have?

    PS ok- I add fresh mozzarella and parmesan- check the ingredients in your bread

    I am gonna make a bunch of resoloutions. December is my biggest party month- there is always a Christmas party to attend. I love December but come January I would like to avoid-
    hydrogenated fat
    refined sugars(well I will NEVER give up chocolate!)
    simple carbs
    preservatives
    processed foods

    That shit is no good for you. There is a reason Americans have such high rates of cancer and heart disease. Eat natural foods our bodys were intended to eat. If you crave sugar try molasses or honey instead or balsamic vinegar.

    Eat better, exercise better, sleep better, manage stress better, less doing bad things to my body and more taking care my self. Less coffee, more tea. Less sweets and more fruits.
