    I have passed everything so far 4 years ago

    Only one more assesment to go, I am not worried, I am certain I will nail it. Boss has approved a heap of software courses for me to go on too which means when I get more Cert iv I can facilitate software courses in an official capacity on top of the basic training I am doing for the fireman at work.
