This is not as hard as it used to be. I can breathe through things and choose kindness. I don’t give up what I have to say, IF it is a mature thing to do. I am so much more patient and kind. I still do the right thing, even if I am hurt and want to lash out.

Holy God in heaven, I ache, and I did the right thing. It was important to be brave and yield.

I’m trying really hard to show how much I love someone and not taking their stressed mood personally. It’s not as hard as it used to be. Deep Breath!

to buy Fairtrade products whenever possible… When I go to some supermarkets, I am always struck by the small amount of fairtrade items on the shelves, when everything else is stocked in abundance… When I view the shelves, especially coffee and chocolate, I see big companies jumping on the band wagon with a fairtrade product but I always think that it would be good if they would label their other stuff, unfair trade, because obviously it is… Makes you think!!!

Everything we actualy achieve in life is a monument to our achievements. Each new achievement adds impetus to the next accomplishment by reinforcing the simple fact that we can in fact do what we are determined to do. Ask any salesman and they will tell you, the easiest time to make a sale is right after you have made one.

Words, words, words… They are so insignificant and yet we have so many. Words for this and words for that and in the end they are primarily meaningless in the scheme of things both great and small. Living is not done through words but through the actions of those that realize that there is nothing quite so finite as the time we have available to us in this universe! I am finally awake after so many years of sleeping, and while it feels great to be awake, I can’t help but feel a deep and abiding loss for the amount of priceless time that I let pass by me. Every moment is precious and we have no assurance that the next moment will arrive for us.
