    Haven’t gotten to do any type of exercise. I was down with flu last week and I’m still nursing a cold and some cough. My workload will drown me real soon and this week will be crazy. I hope things will work out smoothly and I get enough strength to exercise after work and with the cold around.

    tried my first spinning class on Weds. boy does my butt hurt. A good workout though.

    Anyway I have had some free time for the past 1.5 weeks, so I’ve been hitting the gym exercising 3-5 times a week.

    I also read somewhere that if you want to change your body, i.e. lose weight or really tone, you need to exercise 4 or more times a week. So my new aim to do get in 4+ times a week.

    Up until this week I have been doing something active (aerobics, time on the treadmill, yoga 3 times a week).

    It is hard to find the time to exercise… Any suggestions.
    I start a new job soon, so I am thinking about going to the gym before work.

    I joined a gym at the end of May. I also did a fitness test with a personal trainer (it came with the membership) I found out that my fit age is 46 and it is all because my cadiovascular health is less then excellent. I am in my late 70s with my cadio. On a good note I am in my 30s or below in terms of flexiblity, body form and strength.

    Anyway I am trying to do some interval training to improve my cardio. I guess the days of just doing yoga and pilates for exercise are over.
