I would like to do something at least once a week to de-stress. This is in addition to any tapping that I do when I feel a bit of anxiety coming on. And I would like to do the breathing exercise at least once a day. I just did it a minute ago.

I feel a lot more stress free.
So far this week (if you count Sat and Sun as this week) I have gone to the chiropractor, listed to my relaxation CD, and am now listening to my Medicine River CD.
Did it last night.
So I think I’ve got the whole “listen to the CD once in a while” thing downpat. I now need to re-introduce two of the other exercises that I learned at my hypnotherapist. One is a tapping exercises and the other is a breathing technique that you just do a few times a day…..there – I just did it! I will work on making the breathing exericise a daily habit next.
