lots and lots of running since I last posted.. — 2 months ago
..and even a 35km bike ride as well. I need to get back here posting more about the things I am neglecting. My life is slipping away and I am not achieving enough. At least the running is one thing, luckily I have great friends to keep me motivated…
Total for this week 27.5 kms plus a bike ride! So, why aren´t I losing any weight?? :((( (I know, the answer is food…)
