achieve a 15 kyu rating in go

It doesn’t matter by which measure (Dragon Go or IGS are the most likely venues). If I can improve to 15k anywhere, I’ll have improved substantially, and I hope to build a strong intuition in the process, to at least better appreciate high-level games.
