Ok.. so I have been running every other day. I have been trying to incorporate the walks so my family can be involved in physical activity as well. My son loves to walk around the lakes. We have been doing on Fridays for the last two weeks.

I have not been keeping up with my number count on this goal. I just took off 4 walks because I know I have done more than 4 runs.

42 more walks. I have ran at least 3x in the past week. I also went for a walk with my friend jennifer. I started to run in the evening so I can get some exercise with the family in the evenings.
