get a pet

yesterday the people from the animal shelter came again to bring Lotte back to me =) Yey! She behaved like a beserker at the other place and they saw that she is really, really not happy. When they open the transport box at my place she came out of it like a diva and was going directly to me. Hach, I’m so glad to have her back.

I thought it would be credited to me that I took a cat from a animal shelter. but it didn’t!!! They make everything so complicated! I’ve git the cat for two months now and yesterday three ! people from the shelter stormed into my place, made the cat totally nervous and speeking the hole time only about my working time. Yes, I have a job and thats why I’m not at home for 9 hours a day. The cat is sleeping most of the time, so its not so bad. But this was the reason to take the cat away from me. After two months! And the cat liked me and everything. I’m so pissed! ten minutes and thats it – they took the poor little cat to another place with new people.
So I had a very sad day yesterday. And today suprisingly the woman from the shelter called me again and said, they will bring the cat back to me this afternoon because she was to difficult to handle. No. Really?! suddenly it is okay to let the cat alone during the day. What for stupid and unsensitive people. Now I am excited how about they’ll do the transfer… grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. At the moment I don’t have the feeling that its worth it – oh they are coming… wish me luck!

Skuttles turned out to be a BIG kitty and he is so lovely-dovey and he seems to have a thing for dolls….lol

Yesterday my mom and I went to an animal shelter to find a nice kitty for me and an older one for my mom. But – we didn’t get one. I always thought the animal shelters have problems to find someone to adopt a cat. But its the other way around. Lots of people and no cats. Yes, not “no cats” – but no cat, which likes to live in a flat. The left ones needed a garden, which I have only during the weekends.
And – interesting – they wouldn’t give me one anyway, because I work full-time. A little bit understandable because the cat will be alone in this time. But I asked, when I would be unemployed and would have time, I would have a problem, too. Because then I don’t have the money to care for the cat. Häh? not easy to solve this problem. Maybe they handle it to complicated.
So, no cat for me… at the moment, puhpuh

would suit a small rented aparment?

Skittles and Skuttles at 7 months. One thing I think is cute about Skuttles (the male kitty) is that when I gave them food, he will always let Skittles eat first and then he’ll eat…Such a gentleman…lol.

It’s weird because I had just been talking about getting a puppy a few weeks ago, and one just appears to me at work one day!

I was sitting out back smoking while one of the kids goes to through the trash. He comes back up to me and tells me there’s a dog sitting by the dumpster. It turns out to be that black puppy, and he’s surrounded by a dog bed, food, and some toys… so obviously he’s been abandoned. I took him inside and sat in the manager’s office and played with him. After calling my mom and step dad, who I live with, they said it would be okay for me to keep after a few tests and spaying him. Then I actually thought about it and – It’s another excuse for my mom to yell at me about something I may have forgotten or done wrong (He could pee on the floor, get hurt by my other dog) and to be honest I don’t really have the money to take car of a puppy right now.

So another girl I work with took him back to her house and her friend is going to keep him. I least I know he has a good home now, but I miss him already.

Isn’t he just the cutest thing ever?!

Of course, I won’t be able to get one for a while, a very long while. I’m back living with my mom and she already has a monster German Shepherd, who could possibly tear him apart. I’ll have to wait til I move out or at least until I’m more financially stable.

But he’s too cute to wait that long for!
