How I did it: I bought a kit which came complete with all supplies, and then I just followed the directions. The basic technique is simple, but it took quite a while to shape my little creation. Like I said above, I enjoyed making the owl, but didn't love the craft well enough that I do too much more of it in the future. Read how I did it… 16 months ago

I’ve seen some super-cute things that people have made with this technique, and have been wanting to learn it for a while. I bought a kit with supplies a while back. This summer, I’m going to open it up and figure out how to do this craft. I’ll be making little owls. 20 months ago

How I did it: Bought an awesome starter kit from Bella Luna Toys (online) and after some extensive online research and how-tos, I just went for it! It's great fun and a simple hobby that requires very little knowledge or effort on the part of the crafter.
I would not that it is not, however, for children, due to the extremely small, fragile and sharp barbed needles involved! Good luck! Read how I did it… 2 years ago

Bought a starter kit from ebay. It has 14 gorgeous colors of roving wool and 3 needles. Also bought some foam for a base. Haven’t started making anything with it, though… 4 years ago
