eat an ostrich burger

I tried an ostrich burger in a random diner in Dallas, TX and it was delicious! I’m hoping to find it on the menu in the DC area.

I went to Fuddrucker’s for the first time today. I wanted to eat the ostrich burger because I’d heard about it before – tried it as a Swiss melt (Swiss, grilled onions, mushrooms). DeLish! I would definitely eat it again.

Tomatoes, Garlic, green beans & peas. Mission accomplished!

I want to eat an ostrich egg now

A very yummy meat. If you’re making the burgers yourself, grind a little bacon fat in with the meat. Best with fried onions and some salsa. Yay ostriches.
