I skipped cooking last period off campus. It was my first time and a friend and I snuck in 15 minutes before last bell, but got caught by my cooking teacher walking past my class. That was the biggest mistake, though not my idea since when I stated my concern my friend said “if the teachers doing her job she wont notice” She called me in but not my friend (because she hates me) and I’m going to be “dealt with on Monday.” It was lots of fun but not worth it since I’ve never even had a detention and now I might miss the river cruise.
Tips* obvious but crucial.
Skip last period
Skip off campus
Find a good hangout, but if people get suspicious get a new one.
Hang out in safe areas.
DONT ENTER NEAR CLASSROOMS.
yeah, I decided not to go back to class after lunch. I decided to hang out with people in the other class. well, I got taught, and got into trouble. Lucky, the soccer coach likes me, and made sure I didnt get a referral. I ended up running like 5 miles.
i have skiped but i don’t do it a lot becas i need to be in class for my grades. but i sorry texas history is to boring!
it’s not that hard…....... all you have to do is hide in the bathrooms, be quiet, and pray nobody sees you.
...and by the time you get through college it will develop into a skill. :) The best way is to prioritize and know when you really should and when you just want to, but shouldn’t. Like ‘just shut up’ said, sometimes it really is the best thing to do.
My favorite thing was to skip class and go to the closest playground. Parents looked on worriedly as their 4 year olds played on the jungle gym with a strange 20 year old (and sometimes her friends), but I had a blast. After all the pressures and lack of sleep, reverting back to simple childhood pleasures was the best medicine. Good luck!
I almost did this friday, I was going to skip 1st period US HISTORY and hang out in the art room with the cool teacher and even cooler kids…haha
