Adrienne did not enjoy the ending of Torchwood this week
I got one of the 43things t-shirts. I do wear it and when I get comments on it, I always say it is a goal-setting website. I managed to get a couple real world friends to join, too.
I just keep on doing this.
Simon, aputik means snow in the Inuit language is Enjoying the last few days os the summer holidays!
for the last year, I even bought a T-shirt from the robots that I proudly wear, so why not adopt the goal!!
It’s such a great place to come and meet nice people!
GO 43THINGS!!
;-)
*tEa GaL* got a job after 7 months and is loving it!
I believe in this website so I believe it’s worth telling others about it. I tell people all the time. It’s up to them to put it to use. I can honestly say it has helped me tremendously to accomplish things I would have probably never done on my own.
Thanks 43Things
During the last 10 weeks while I have been working 60 to 80 hour weeks, 43things (and the folks here) have always been there to keep me organized and moving forward on the important things in my life!
I want to say thanks to everyone that has cheered me, and listened to me go on about work. Hopefully, it’s over now, and I can now bore you all about other non-work things! :)
People I know are getting tired of hearing me talk about 43things. :) And I’ve posted the link everywhere I go, so I’m going to mark this as done and something I will do again. This is a great site!
I spent some time today adding an entry about 43things.com to some of my favorite online haunts. I’ve also suggested it to almost all of my online friends and a couple of my real life friends. Only one has joined so far, but we will see how it goes.
I have a real problem with conversations – my brain must work at double the speed of some peoples as in the middle of a normal topic, I will have worked out the end of the topic had a second and started a third, so my next comment normally makes no sense.
When this happens I just blurt out 43things.com/ and this seems to tide the conversation over until someone else can come on in with a sensible comment.
Makes me seem slightly nutty, slightly more interested in 43things than the people I socialise with in the “real world” (well aint my fault that you lot are more interesting!), but on the plus side I know a few more yocals who are on here!
My suggestion – every so often just tell a random stranger (pref around your age otherwise you could be thought to be a mugger or a nutter) 43things.com and walk off.
I told about 43things to a few people that I thought might be interested. I don’t think any of them joined so far.
