spread love

i’ve been able to spread my love around since i’m more and more in love with myself. it’s great, i feel so good with myself. but i know i can do a lot more than what i’m doing right now, so we’ll see.

• allow myself to have some fun
• enjoy the weekends
• get to know new people

i think i’m falling in love with myself more and more each day. i’m proud of myself, of what i’ve achieved, i’m proud of my mistakes and what i could learn with them and i think i’m almost ready to start spreading this love.

that’s the most absolute truth (if there’s any): the only way you can really love is loving yourself first. if you don’t love yourself and realize how much you worth you won’t be able to love. how can you spread something, share something, give something that you don’t even have? impossible.

The highest goal in life is giving true, genuine, unconditional love, not fluctuating when the receiver changes.

Imagine everybody doing that…

i wish that more people in the world cared about love alot more then money.

I saw my ex-boyfriend’s aunt doing this to people in the choir by rubbing their backs. It’s like she was just acknowledging them for being there and offering their voices. She just is a loving and kind person. She reminds me of my grandmother. Anyhow, I rubbed her on the back after she had done that to like 3 other people after we sang a song. I think she is such a nice person. I want to be more like the goodness in her.

I am a lovist. I believe that love is the source of life and that in all actions great and small I want love to be the motivating factor.
I know it makes a difference and that one small act of love can produce another and another.we can all do this and make a difference in the world, starting with one person at a time.

This is my ideal,sometimes I am negative, but I try a change my thoughts and deeds by tuning into that loving place we all have within.
This is a life time goal.
spreading love in all we do, in practical ways nurtures yourself and all those you interact with.its contagious!

Everyone can’t be happy, but giving them the sense of love makes them feel secure that they will never be alone.

I’d like to give a sincere compliment to the following people at least once each time I see them:

- Family
- Friend
- Coworker
- Employer
- Service worker
- Elderly person
- Young person
- Stranger

Just to love people more as I would myself. Making friends by Opening up and sharing feelings.
