I have finished my first year and I’m really excited about the second year. My husband and I have no money and have maxed out our loans, but we’re doing something we love and want to continue pursuing our dreams of graduating with doctoral degrees. This was worth it!
...Because academia can be too false, if you are not 100% interested in your research. Fact.
