I just found an app which let’s you list 5 things you are grateful for each day. It also lets you attach photos, search previous entries and gives you an inspirational quote each day. Hoping this will make achieving my goal a bit easier. I am also slightly amused that there literally appears to be an app for EVERYTHING! 19 months ago
