1. “Super Mario GALAXY!!!” Not the game since we just turned it on but the opening makes me happy XD
2. Megumi’s mom shouting “Teacher! Here!” and giving me a ride to the station so I wouldn’t be late getting home.
3. Half price chocolate rings at Vie de France

some days it seems easy to ramble a list in my head of things i’m grateful for. other days, like today, i am mired in a lil bit of cranky mood-ness, and i think that writing them out on days like such would be a nice thing for (grumpy ol) me.
1. i am grateful i do not suffer from any physical abnormality nor major disease.
2. i am uber grateful for my lovely fiancee. he is the best, and makes me feel like a million bucks.
3. i am grateful that i have the opportunity to go visit my family and friends soon in the States, after two long years of missing people.
ooooo, now i feel like i can go on and on. once the ball s rolling…
1)my new hoodie thats comin in the mail! :)
2)making my mom happy by cleaning the house
3)my friends, they helped a lott today!
Alright, my fiance says I should be more positive so let’s give it a go.
Today I’m grateful for:
1. Funny 3rd year Japanese students who speak English with me and try to be friends.
2. The new sandwich at γγΌγγ« (Douter)
3. Kazuki who wrote a wonderful essay (he was the berlin wall, how creative is that?) that really lifted my spirits
Bonus:
4. Bob who wrote to me about how he forgot deodorant and then when I suggested I drop by his school he made the cutest text message face.
I’m looking around to see who else is thinking this way. Lots of people are. Whatever we call it, it’s a positive habit that becomes a positive force. Come check out my blog and its links for even more happy stories :) Julia 3for365.com
Let’s see if I can find five things each day instead. I’m sure I can – life is good.
Today, I am grateful for living in San Diego because:
1. Parkhouse Eatery has the best breakfasts on the face of the earth.
2. The San Diego Fire Department saved my ass big time this week, and it had nothing to do with a fire or emergency. :)
3. The Chargers are doing well, and although that means absolutely nothing to me, it does make everyone around me seem just a little more happy and convivial.
1. I am grateful that I finally got some Christmas shopping done. Even though we are doing a low-key Christmas and trying to make things, I still needed to pick up a few items. My daughter and I went to the mall (don’t tell BeeQueen) and found it surprisingly vacant.
2. I am grateful that I made it through an extraordinarily challenging day. It wasn’t just the suicide watch.
3. I am grateful for my good friends, who continue to like me even though I haven’t spent any time with them lately. I’m repairing that tomorrow night.
1. I am grateful that my jampacked weekend of weary holiday cheer is over. Three days, three parties, two of them corporate (ack!). The one I’m really looking forward to is coming up Friday night, just a relaxed gathering of good friends.
2. I am grateful that my husband came home from traveling today.
3. I am grateful for the kindness and generosity of my employers.
