I just got back from my second outdoor run this week. Nothing too bad, and I say run, but I was walking for a few good spurts of it, but whatever. It feels good to get out there and the cool whether makes it doable for me.

45 and dropping in Florida in March.

I officially removed the break from GymPact (last time I posted I thought I did, but didn’t) so I’ve got to get at least three workouts in next week. 2 months ago

I have a gym membership, but I fell off of the bandwagon for almost half a year. I’m surrounded by a lot of bad influences as a college student, but I need to stop seeing this as an excuse. I’m planning on going to my nearby gym three days a week this upcoming week. I’ve heard that after three or four weeks, not going to the gym becomes worse than going. I’m looking forward to getting to that point! 3 months ago

I haven’t been to the gym much lately.

Blame work picking up again, and also a personal trainer at my gym borderline stalking me, and making me uncomfortable really going up there.

Still, I feel like my activity level has been decent, at least enough to keep the number on the scale pretty constant.

I’ve been on a few outdoor jogs, and am still into my kettle ball at home, as well as my new balance exercise ball to do crunches and stuff on at home.

A new branch of my gym opened not far from my house, so I will try to get over there a few times a week. It’s such a gorgeous facility that it’s hard not to want to go.

Gym pact is resumed this week, so I’m committed to at least get two workouts under my belt. 3 months ago

I’ve got another 12 workouts under my belt in just under a month, plus a few jaunts up gravely hills while I was away on vacation. Overall, I consider August a success for this goal- I plan on finishing strong.

Making it a habit is definitely a good thing for me. 9 months ago
