Sheeneena is waiting for the event that will make everything come together...
How I did it: I made a decision that I wanted to become a healthier person. At first, it was difficult to find the motivation to start. But one day I just went out running and I felt great! I started slowly-working out 30 minutes for 3 days a week and worked my way up to 1 hour 5-6 days a week. I focused on cardio and began to incorporate weight training to tone up. Now I've been working out for about a year and 3 months and I feel great! Read how I did it…
savvybee is ready for church.
How I did it: I started out doing AWESOME... back in the beginning of winter quarter. Then I broke my toe. And then I got awfully sick. I was out of commission for about a month. But I've started going to the gym and working out again, and I can say now that I work out most days of the week. It makes me feel so much better and like I'm not spending all of my time cooped up in my dorm studying (only most of my time xD). Read how I did it…
How I did it: I signed up for a membership to a gym. I made it a routine so I would go at least 3 days a week. On weekends, I decided that they would be free days, I can go if i felt like it or not, but I made sure I went at least 3 times a week. Read how I did it…

I have worked out between 4-6 days a week for the past 3 weeks. I can feel the physical difference. I feel good and I feel happier. Still haven’t lost a pound tho :( but I feel better in my clothes so that counts.
I usually do the elliptical for 30 minutes then lift 30 pounds weights for 10 reps.

Good workout last night!
Went for a 5km walk before Water aerobics – which kicked my butt! There is only two weeks left so she is pushing us hard!
And I LOVE IT

Man – I sure got exercise this weekend doing yard work! Oh my core and pecs are sooo sore! A good sore though, I didn’t overdue it like I sometimes do. Have aerobics tonight too and I’ll probably go for a 5km walk before hand so that’ll be good for the butt and thighs. :)

I’ve also started walking.
A girlfriend and I do the 10km walk for MS every year. This year, we decided to train for a few weeks before the walk. As soon as we started I realized my love for walking. It’s so relaxing, especially when you have nice scenery to walk in, and it’s great to get the head pumping and newly cleaned out lungs workin!!

I’ve started water aerobics!
A group of friends and I started going about 3 months ago. I actually started right after i quit smoking. Funny how that works hey? You quit smoking and out of nowhere you have lots of energy! haha
Anyways – it’s twice per week and it’s a great workout and I love it!
