britney spears uses an excercise ball and does swimming moves while she does her crunches. it expands the abdomen and tightens the lower part of your stomach as you move your arms. i tried it today. it felt very natural with my swimming experience and overall a pleasant stretching type of workout. i think i’ll do this more often. also, visualizing britney doing the same thing i’m doing makes me feel like i can actually have a body that looks like hers if i keep at it. she bounced back from her pregnancy extremely well.

How I did it: I started out doing AWESOME... back in the beginning of winter quarter. Then I broke my toe. And then I got awfully sick. I was out of commission for about a month. But I've started going to the gym and working out again, and I can say now that I work out most days of the week. Ok, so I skipped 3 days due to being with the boyfriend lol but I worked out today to an exercise video for 30 mins.
I walked about 30 mins in the park today…..I’m glad that fall has come, hopefully it won’t rain too much though so I can keep on walking.
I will offically check this off when I have worked out 200 times…..I’ll give myself a bit of a break and say they don’t have to be all in a row….
well here’s a start, I worked out for 30 mins today…..gotta keep going…no more excuses!!
had fun rollerskating around the neighborhood with a friend and the 3 huge dogs again.
also, hanging out in the deep end of a pool and treading water for an hour with a friend is another great workout.
