write a second book

It’s always been a goal of mine to write a book, and this year (well in 2007/2008) I did! It wasn’t the book I thought I would write, so now I want to right the Chick Lit Fictional Novel that I know is just bursting inside of me.

I’ve written one, co-edited two, and now it’s time to write a second monograph. I’ve got next year off to do it. But I’ve never written anything that long in a year. But I’ve got to at least draft it. Work fast!

the first one was hard… but for some reason, i’m finding the second one harder! actually, i’ve co-authored a book, co-edited a book, and written one of my own. so this might be the fourth… but it really only feels like the second.

I’ve now written my second book and it will be published in December. The book is called Brilliant Investing (Prentice Hall, £12.99).

It is much harder to write a second book than I thought it would be. Writing the first book was an absolute breeze compared to this. I guess that must be down to ‘second album syndrome’ or something like that.
