this goal has been going really well and my homework eventhough not fully up to date I am still getting it done and doing at least a quarter the day I get it.
How to do homework the day I get it
It made me

How I did it: I always procrastinated. Doing big projects and essays at the very last minute. It resulted in poor grades through out high school up to now, the last semester of my junior year. One day my friend asked me why I don't do my homework and always have short, poor quality assignments. The truth was I didn't care that much. He told me just to do it when i get it, because it's really not that bad and it could result in less, stress and better grades, he also said that it actually gets fun after a while. I decided to give what he said a try, and I finally got in the habit of doing my homework every night. Everything that i was assigned that day i would do all at home with the exception of big projects, which i would do bits and pieces of day to day. The results I found were astounding. My grades were extremely better than they were before. I went from Cs and Fs to all As along with two B+s. I was really depressed before and I realized that my grades must have had a lot to do with it, because I'm really happy now. I'm really glad my friend asked me that question, otherwise I'd probably still be in the same spot i was for the rest of my time at school.
Lessons & tips:
- Try to do it right when you get home from school.
- Do it where there will be no distractions.
- It takes 20 days to form a habit, you just have to initiate the habit and follow through.
- JUST DO IT.

I have been setting aside 30 minutes for each subject to work on it per night and it is working. No matter what the subject I will do 30min!!! It is going well

I have just fiqured out the path and it is really easy. This is my path for doing my accounting. Me 6.30pm + Get out Accounting Stuff + Do Accounting + Me 7.00pm I have finished what I wanted to do.

I have heaps of homework to catch up on so I have set aside Friday to make sure I put a huge dent in my Ho Chi Minh research which I have had 2 weeks to do. So from 9.00am – 3.00pm I will be working hard.

i failed 3 classes and was on academic probation. i finally got my butt in gear and did my best on all my schoolwork and got myself off academic probation! I found that doing my work and getting it done ASAP is very rewarding and gives me time to do what i want without that horrible feeling that there is still stuff to do. next semester i plan to keep this mindset and have a better outlook on school

im a sophmore in high school. i got a D in spanish 2 last semester. blah. im horrible at it. but anyways im going to try harder to get good grades this semester and just get mostly all A’s and B’s. maybe a C ..w.e..idk.

one of the feelings i hate the most is the ‘crap this is due tomorrow and i havn’t started’ feeling. Its also one that im very familiar with. but im going into senior years this year and ive got to get into good habits doing homework the day i get it would be good id at least like to start everything i get the same day i get it. I know the feeling of having things done at least 2 days before the due date and id like to make it a feeling i regularily experience instead of a once in a blue moon thing
