"Found the cause. solved it!"

How I did it: For me it was: proper sleep,  vitamin e oil, taking a vitamin (I'm anemic and this was a big cause of it), and using equate firming eye lift serum.  The bags are gone completely , the dark circles are starting to fade now.

Lessons & tips: Sleep, Sleep. My bags were stress related. Consistency. I had to use the entire jar of eye lift serum (for about a month) to get rid of the bags.  I use vitamin e oil almost every nite (I have dry to normal skin).  I use the cream during the day and the oil at nite (because I noticed using the oil at day caused me to burn!)

    help!!! i lost weight and was quite down for a while which left me with under eye bags and i’m only 21 they are horrible when i smile they sink in and look wrinkley i hate them. i have gained weight and have started looking after my self again but they are still there will they ever go back to normal or have i ruined them for gd?

    I can’t look at myself in the mirror.
    Yesterday I switched to contact lenses and I can’t accept my looks.

    Damn, I’m ugly. No wonder nobody loves me.

    They are definitely looking better, but it’s hard for me to tell the difference, I’m not very observant. I’m remembering the eye cream most nights, and I think I can tell the bags get worse when I don’t use it for a few days. I wish I had taken photos before I started on this goal.

    I’m wondering about something, don’t know if anyone else with this goal can help. They say the skin on the eyelids is very delicate, you shouldn’t rub it etc. But when my bags are really puffy, I kind of massage from the outside to the inside and seem to be able to drain a lot of the fluid. This certainly makes me look and feel better, but I’m not sure what is the best idea for the long term.

    I've been using the Preparation H 2 years ago

    for who knows how long? maybe like 3 weeks? Is it getting better? I would say yes, but I’m not sure. I have too much faith in using anything right now. But getting more sleep, would probably help.

    • I’m gonna place the spoons in the freezer as soon as I wake up, to take them out after my shower. Or I’ll simply put them in ice cold water, then wipe them off. Wutever.
