I just finished my last paper about 2 minutes ago…I am officially assignment-free until next fall! Whoo hoo!
How to finish my assignments
It made me 
"burden is off my shoulders"
How I did it: it took me a good 6 month to finish them all. I had to write 5 essays of Islamic Studies,and a few news reports. How did i do it, well, i got real life stories from newspapers and investigated them on my own to write reports. Islamic studies was a tough one, i was really confused about life after death, i'm not dead so i could never know how life after death would be.I read Quran and hence quoted it with of course my own commentary
Lessons & tips: its easier if your teacher tells you to stop thinking about it and just submit it.

so I finally finished my last paper today, now i find out for a part of my English exam, I have to write another freakin’ 5 page paper, but I’m not getting the topic until Monday and it will be due on Wednesday…argh!!!

yay…finally finished my english paper…I have to work all this weekend, so I won’t have the chance to start history paper until Mon…but I’ve already done all of the research on it…it’s just putting it together into a good paper that is the problem…

It is so sad that I need to do this in order to remember…
1 8 pg paper for English on John Cheever’s “The Swimmer”
1 9 pg paper for History on Patrick Henry and his “give me Liberty “etc… speech
plus..various things that I can’t remember right now :P

I have one month to recover 6 months of research and 3 months of assignment work which was deleted on a hard disk clash. so yeah, i have set up tasks for myself, dividing the length of research and topics according to time of day. its taking hectic hours and mind straining vigilance to recover, but i’m getting there and god bless me for realizing it, no more i will procrastinate in the evening. Imagination in distractions must also help this. i hope it does. I just want to put everything in this, and study hard so i can opt for post graduate courses by next year. I must not feel lonely now, teachers are helpful, god bless them too. I have to work on these subjects

Media laws
and there is so much to write about in this violent and car crazy world.
Legionella is waiting for Ramadan to start so she only has to work 6 hours a day

Yes, finally I’ve finished my assignments! I had to write an essay from 3 subject: Public Relations, Executive Skills and Marketing Communications. I don’t know why it’s always like this, but every time I can finish them only before deadline. When I have lots of time, I’m not interested or I can’t find the answers, but when the time is coming, I’m in a rush, and have to finish quickly. Not the best method I guess, but suits for me. :)

I finished these before the first week of May and have discovered that I passed them all.
Now it’s just the dissertation and the MA is done.

now when everything is over, I reflected Dharma teaching: everythign is subject to suffering, non-self and non-controlable. Everything will change.
I procrastinated way too much because I was frightened by the assignment and put off by the work load that it would take. I spent more time thinking about my fear rather than the work itself. After a while, “Just do it” really works.(Maybe Nike founder practiced Zen). The pain will not last forever. Start and say to yourself, “Live in the moment”, just do the work, do not panic. Do not communicate with your feeling, it eats up your time and energy. Focus on the actual work, like when you meditate, you hold on to your breathe. And it will be okay.
In the end, it is not the end of the world if I have my assignment unfinished.
