How I did it: There's no way to do it - time really is the best healer. It will take months, maybe even years but it is the only way. Either that or get your crush to be mean to you, so you definitely hate them!
Lessons & tips: Keep yourself busy and forget about them. Do fun things wth people you enjoy being around - preferably people who do not know your crush so they don't mention them!

I have a great boyfriend we have been together off and on for about 4 years now but there has been this one guy for the past 3 years that wont get out of my head. Its not like he hs the best friend or anything I just feel completly different when I am with him as opposed to my boyfriend. He has a girl friend but we flirt all the time and it just drives me nuts not knowing if something could be, if there could be an us between him and I. the worst part of all is that he knows I like him and he just dangles a chance with him over my head I hate it! It causes me so much stress and it worsens my relationship with my boyfriend.

Well im finally over my ex that i have been crushing over for the last 2 years. I finally realized hes so not worth it. I feel alot better now =)
