I’ve just discovered that by refusing to turn on the heat until November, my entire flat has morphed into a freezer!
I can’t think of frozen stuff now, all I can think about is HOT soup and HOT coffee and HOT…

I bought some plastic dishpans of the appropriate size so I could stash the frozen veggies, fruits, and meat in their own places. It has helped but the bottom line is that the freezer is too small for my needs. I’ll be glad when I get to buy a freezer.

When I’ve bought a house, I want to buy a freezer too. I’d love to have my cooking ingredients more accessible instead of having to take everything out of the freezer to get to the frozen ground turkey in the back. I want the kind that opens like a refrigerator not the chest version.
