dont be so shy

i find it so hard to just chat to random people its wired because when i get to no people im completly different… its just getting to know them lol

For me its certain types of people. I tend to be more shy around people with aggressive attitudes or people that i admire or look up to rather than people who are nice and queit like me. It hurts me because not everyone gets to see the real me. Only a few people do and thats not what i want.

I know how crippling it can be to be shy. You just have to pretend that you’re not shy. If you see new people and you’re nervous, don’t know what to say,imagine in your head you’re someone of a maganamous personality – almost like a circus ringleader, and imagine being almost theatrical. then, for the next person you see mkaing eye contact, go up to them and say, with conviction, hi i’m …. . etc. sounds extreme, but it does work, just keep trying. surrounding yourself with outgoing people also helps.

i know how difficult it is though, hang in there.
