I don’t run yet so this is a long way off for me but I would like to get there one day!
I will start by walking one day a week…then 2 then 3…
Then I will walk daily and work up to running.

An impossible goal. I will get sick, I will go on vacation, I will get discouraged. However, as Jim Goodwin said, “The impossible is often the untried,” so I have made a commitment to attempt to stick to. And because I know myself, I have broken it down into markers:
One week
One month
One year
If I can run most mornings for a full year, I doubt I’ll need goals on 43things to motivate me any more.
