    I Have started to focus my mind on the activity I am doing at the time I am doing it. It makes life so much easier…..not stressing about something I have no control over or something I am not currently doing….YAY ME!!!!

    To live in the moment, I concentrate my mind to what Im doing and make sure I have fun while doing it. For example, driving. I’ll try to not talk on the phone but listen to good and entertaining music like Sade, Jazz, Reggae, or even Ricky Ross AKA Ricky Rose….and enjoy the scenery as well =)
