You might have heard this is really easy, IT IS! The hardest part is overcoming the fear. You might find yourself spinning out when you try to actually do it. What you should do if that happpens is practice the back bounce backflip, (as I call it)to learn how to go back again.

Learn to do a front flip before you attemp this Once youve learned to do a front flip, practice going into a bridge from standing and pulling your feet over backwords into standing(Basicly a slow motion backhandspring). Once you can do this, practice going over faster and eventually doing a back handspring on the trampoline. After you can do this without falling on your head, use the same backwords motion you use in the handspring but take your hands away(remember to jump high so you dont knock yourself out). If all this fails, have someone put their arm behind your back, and someone else flip your feet over your head, but remember to keep your arms strait so you dont fall on your head.
