Chapter 1
Samantha and Darrin were having breakfast at home on a Wednesday morning.
“Honey, I have a very important deal to close today. If we succeed, we are gonna be a million dollars richer!” Darrin exclaimed.
“Well, sweetheart, I’m sure you will succeed. Now just finish your toast and you better get going. Larry doesn’t like it if you’re late!” Samantha said.
“Well, I’m going off now. Thanks honey. Goodbye!” Darrin bade Samantha goodbye.
As Darrin turns to leave, he planted a kiss on Samantha’s lips. After that, Darrin left in his car. After Darrin is gone, Samantha cleared up the plates when the phone rings.
“Hello.” Samantha answered.
“Sammy dear! How silly of you to pick up the phone when I’m actually here!” Endora laughed.
Samantha looked a bit cross and put the phone down. She walked over to her mother, who is on top of the chimney, looking rather annoyed.
“Mother! Why did you do that!” Samantha demanded.
“Oh. I was about to call you to tell you that Tabitha is coming home today after her 3 months basic witchcraft training program. But a Witch Express is faster, so I thought I’d pop in!” Endora said with a smirk on her face.
“I almost forgot! So where is she now?” Samantha asked.
“I think she’s just bonding with some friends she made there. TABITHA!!!!!!” Endora yelled.
“Ouch! That hurts, mother!” Samantha covered her ears.
“Hehe. Sorry, dear. She’s just having so much fun, is she? TABITHA!!!!!!!!” Endora yelled again.
“Mother! Stop!” Samantha shouted. “That leaves me no choice.”
Samantha wrinkles her nose and Tabitha appeared in front of her. She went over and gave Tabitha a hug and kissed her on her forehead.
“Sweetie, what took you so long? Mummy missed you so much!!!” Samantha said.
“Mummy! Look at this!” Tabitha raised a finger to her nose and touched it gently. And there in front of them is a tiger.
“Yikes! Tab, send it back.” Samantha ordered.
Tabitha touched her nose again and this time the tiger vanished.
“Tabitha dear, don’t you wanna show mummy how to make apple pie without baking them?” Endora said with a wicked smile.
“Apple, apple, apple pie,
Taste and smells so sweet!
Pie it up, pie it up, pie it up,
Give mummy a treat!”
As Tabitha finished chanting those lines, an apple pie appeared on Samantha’s hands. Samantha looked at Tabitha and gave her a small smile.
“Mother, isn’t it time for you to go?” Samantha said.
“Not until I have a bite of that pie!” Endora said.
Samantha rolled her eyes and makes the pie vanish by twitching her nose. Then, Samantha gave her mother a triumphant smile. Endora, feeling that she lost, gave Samantha a quick smile and vanished into thin air.
“Come on sweetie, lets have that apple pie.” Samantha went into the kitchen and fetched out an apple pie from the oven.
