do a paint by numbers

Turns out i spent a whole day this week finishing this off. It looks great! Im so proud! =D

Unfortunately this has been put to the side since i started my knitting project. But it will get finished one day!

it is somewhat grotesque, but I love its muddy strangeness. Next time I am going to reverse the colors and see what kind of trippy result I can get.

I’m on my way. This one came with a special frame.

Specially since I did it with my girlfriends one of those summer afternoons, with lots of beers involved in the process..It was a dolphin jumping out of the water :P

I can’t believe it exists. I think I am going to look for some templates online so I can make something larger, something suburban-tastic and all american.

Printed cardboard, little tubs of acrylic paints, a brush, some water in a jar, a guide diagram. All the ingredients for saving a rainy Sunday afternoon from going to waste.
