try something new every year

This year im trying belly dancing so thats one new thing, and I’m broadening my musical interests so I don’t get stuck in a timewarp. I have now developed a love of Avenged Sevenfold, Audioslave and Seether. All bands I never listened to before.

this year went to my first live concert since the 80’s. I went to see Muse. Wow concerts have changed a lot since I was young but it was awesome….next year I’m taking my son to Foo Fighters so he can experience his first concert.

a whole lot of firsts for this year already…
have moved to the country…so living in the country is a new experience for this year
ive just got 2 pigs..so keeping pigs is also new for the year
i was accepted into university so going back to school is new for this year also.
I’m not sure I should try to anything else as it may cause overload.

learning guitar.. next year???who knows
