So far, still going strong! I was really bummed to get an 89 on my last Humanities test—one point off from an A! But I still have an A in the class.
And I officially have an A in English! Sooo exciting! I got a 98 on my first paper.
I also have a 92.5 in Psychology, which I hope to pull up a little with the next test just to be safe…
And last but not least I finally officially got the ‘pass’ mark for my pass/fail “college skills” class. Ironic what a waste of time learning time management (again) can be!
4.0, here I come.

It’s been a while so I thought I’d update!
As it just so happens we’re coming up on the midpoint of the semester and I have all A’s! I really think I can pull this off this semester. Not to mention the effort has really boosted my note-taking/study skills.

easy.. right?

It should be easy. I know for a fact that it’s very possible that I can make straight A’s. I have many excuses I could enter here but what it amounts to is doing some studying I don’t care to do. I got to do it. I can do it. I am going to do it. =)

I’m off to my first class in a few hours! Here’s to a good start.

I’m going to work hard this semester at my community college. I only have 4 classes (not counting a one-hour “college skills” course that my 21-year-old-returning-student-arse doesn’t see the need of including):
Psychology 200. I took 101 at VCU and did quite well, so I know I can do it again. Plus, it’s interesting!
English 111. Writing is what I want to do so there is no excuse not to do it well.
Humanities 201. This is Survey of Western Culture, which will probably require the most work as far as learning new information (I’d expect English to be more time consuming).
Spanish 201. Ya lo hablo bien…me parece. No estoy preocupada con esa clase.
The one-hour class will be a breeze as long as I don’t get lazy.
I don’t think I’ve gotten straight A’s since…middle school? That’s sad. I spent all of high school just wanting to pass. I could have done so much better.
But I keep telling myself, I still have time to do better. I’m not racing.

but mostly myself. ;) Ha.
I’m going to be a sophomore in High School this year,
and I want to make amazing grades. I know all I need
to do is study, and work hard. No late night shows anymore. :|
Damn. Oh well, I need a damn good scholarship.

aarnold4 is the best thing since clicky pens
Well I did it kind of. I’ve received my course grades for all of my classes except Statistics. All A’s but I’m pretty sure Statistics will end up being a B. So completed but not really. I’m going to leave this goal up though because I start my summer classes in 3 weeks and I’d like to make A’s in them too. But for now… Party!!!

I’m tired of school. I’m starting to get worn out, but I must continue toward my goal. I’m transferring to a new university next semester so my gpa will be wiped clean and I want get and keep a 4.0 until graduation!

I think I have a B in PSY, but I’m really hoping to somehow pull out an A in BSC.
