I’ve been doing at least 30min a day plus practicing the one choreographed dance I know I am definitely getting better. My movements are smoother and less clumsy yay!
did a half hour session first thing this morning i’ve almost learnt all the moves in the cardio session of Rania Personal trainer. I’m thinking about get a weight belt towear while dancing as recommended by delilah apparently it helps you learn faster as well as making it a better workout.
To bellydance every day for thirty days so far I have done five days and I’m loving it. I am doing some freestyle stuff but mainly I am doing the workouts on my rania personal trainer learn to bellydance dvd. 5 days down 25 to go!
I’ve been dancing for 5 years. People tell me i dance very well. I feel the music and i love being in costume. The stage is where i shine. I hope whoever is going to try to accomplish this goal sticks with it. It’s worth it….. now i’m not the best, but i am still a REALLY good dancer
