So, between gaining a boyfriend, soon to be engaged and married, I have also had two surgeries on my ovaries and have been out of working out for a while. I am back to working out now but I have gained so much wait from the surgeries. Although this is a medical thing I know I can get my size 7 back!!

Those pants I bought about two months ago? I already need a belt for one of the pairs. Awesome!
However, pants are expensive, so I can’t go out and try smaller ones on yet, ‘cause if they fit I’d have to buy them. Looks like I need to work on those financial goals a bit more first.
I used to be a size 16 then went down to a size 10. I’m now on a dangerously tight 12 and I’d really like to go down to a 10 again. I really don’t want to go to a 14, I’d just be so ashamed if I did. Hopefully I’ll be in single digits someday (if that’s possible, I do have rather large hips and there’s nothing I can do about that) but I think 10 is a reasonable goal for now.

I can’t believe I forgot to make a note of this, but a couple of weeks ago I went out and bought two pairs of size 18 jeans! That’s two sizes smaller than when I first made this goal! I’m going to keep working at it.
Yes, it was nice . . . but it depends. If ya don’t need to, it shouldn’t be a big deal.
I gotta learn to not be depressed when I outgrow my pants. I’m still growing.

I can no longer wear my khaki pants without a belt. I can pull them all the way over my hips, zipped and buttoned. Yay! My jeans are getting looser, too. I have to keep focused on healthier eating, but I’m making some good progress.
Went down a few dress sizes. I’m now a UK size 8 and 6. :)
The key is to excises every day or 5 times a week for an hour or hour and a half. Anything that makes you sweat. If you’re sweating throughout the day it means you’re still burning fat. So the more you do; the better. I do jogging, tae bo and marital arts, sometimes other things as well. I use barbells weights whilst jogging.
Also stick to healthy food, you can have junk food now and again. That’s what i did and when i ruined my diet i still lost weight never gained any. Drink green tea to help the metabolism and chillies help as well.
