I was in Florence for a month study the language on a Euro trip I took. It’s a beautiful city and the soft ice cream a must. Take a Chianti wine tour if you can and the wine is literally cheaper then the bottle water have to love it. Just don’t make the mistake of drinking to much when you enjoy the night life like I did and you should have a great time.

you won’t find much to like about this place. Especially if you’re non-white & non-catholic. It’s not really diverse & the culture is less than lacking here because there are more american students than inhabitants. It’s unbearably cold & dark.
I was in Florence for a week and it was very beautiful and there are lots of things to see. I saw the David and it is very surreal.
