I’m not happy with my diet, i feel like i should be loosing more weight per week. I think i’m going to try the south beach diet, i’ve heard a lot of good things about it

I’ve been doing SOOOO good. My stomach is basically FLAT again…i can’t wait for my husband to see me again…ive gotten so much skinner looking since the last time he saw me. I hit the gym 6 days a week. And im not on a diet…I simply eat better food and smaller portions…if i knew weight loss was this simple, i would have done it a while ago. Exercising and eating right really gets your mood better too! I’m loving myself…in a non-conceded way.
Well, I’m breast feeding so i’m not dieting, but I can see a major change in my body. I don’t eat the crap I ate before i was pregnant, and my stomach looks flatter and flatter everyday. I still haven’t weighted myself since i had the baby. I’m going to wait until my 6 week check up to see how much i’ve lost, and after my 6 week check up I’m going back to the gym at least 3 days a week. I just want a healthier body, and a body that i feel more confident with.
I’ve been reading about weight loss post pregnancy. My baby isn’t due for another 9 days. I only gained about 28 pounds through out my pregnancy. I’ve just been reading about ways to loose weight and all. I’m so ready to do it, and i have no doubt in my mind that it’s going to happen. I read that breast feeding helps you to loose weight also. I hope weight loss comes easy to me and I really stick to eating healthy, not just for me, but for my baby too. Since i plan on breast feeding, I feel its my responsibility to eat as healthy as possible for the both of us.
