The moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too.
As I said before, I have passed the exit several times over a period of 5 years and kept thinking, “I should go sometime”. Adding it as one of my goals helped give me the kick in the pants I needed. It was very interesting, fun, and free- all good things.

I pass by the exit for the distillery several times/year. Probably would regret it if we moved and I never went.

An old buddy of mine and I went to Lynchberg for his birthday one year. It is a dry county, so no purchasing of Jack there. They did sell it in a souvenir bottle, but that’s it. As we were leaving we drove around the town and found a cemetary. There we found Lem Motlew (Jack’s partner and cousin) and Jack Daniels. He fancies himself a lady’s man, so he had a couple of white iron chairs in case a lady wanted to sit. My buddy and I sat for a moment, then returned home to Atlanta.
