I want to win a chess game against my husband. He used to be quite a serious chess player, I think he was even in the Chess Club in college.!
When we went to New York City, we did indeed see several parks where people were playing chess in the park. It looked like a lot of fun! But not when you suck at the game like I do. I am at the point where I know how the pieces more, and that’s about it. As far as strategy, I don’t know any at all.
This is going to be a big challenge for me. But it should be fun!!

Des
is slowly regaining her sanity (unfortunately?)
I was very proud of myself, though, because I was playing against one of the smartest people I knew. I can’t even remember how to play any more, though.

I never enjoyed chess and never will. It is boring and I’ve won a game before, I think what I ment for my goal was to enjoy chess and that ain’t gonna EVER happen, NEVER! So I give up on this too. I make stupid goals that I don’t want to do and wouldn’t even enjoy anyways. So from now on only things I’ll benifit from or enjoy.

My erratic and kamakazie approach to life rubs off while playing chess resulting in stunning and continuos defeats. One day I will truly beat someone on www.redhotpawn.com.
