How I did it: yes by tv fitness channles videos i own, or rent at library,
and eating good, like fruit smoothies, veggies and meat
or soups, salads etc. Fun cooking to. Read how I did it… 8 months ago
I lost weight whilst I was pregnant and my post-pregnancy weight is 1 stone (14 lbs) lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight, mainly due to the medication I was on to keep my diabetes under control but also because I had bad heartburn and lost my appetite.
As I’m breastfeeding (well giving Isaac expressed milk as he can’t breastfeed properly) I won’t diet again till I stop expressing or he’s weaned. My goal is to not gain any weight till then but if I lose it then great.
As of today I have lost 35.3 lbs since my starting weight at 1 Jan 2010 which is what this goal is measured against. 9 months ago
and have now lost 0.4 lbs over the last 16 weeks. Not much to shout about seeing as it’s a 5.4 lb gain since my last post but it’s starting to go back in the right direction.
I still haven’t been able to exercise which I have found is really limiting my weight loss. 16 months ago

Think it may have been a bit up last week but is now down this week. Going in the right direction.
4.9 lbs in the past 5 weeks. I can continue at this pace. 19 months ago
but I have been ill and have done some comfort eating.

This is moving in the right direction. I’m now back to having lost around 26 lbs (which is a shame as I had lost about 40 before I got ill earlier this year).

Due to a lot of illness this year I have put on lots of weight because I haven’t been able to swim and have been eating for energy (didn’t work).
First week weight loss is always the biggest so I’m glad that very healthy eating (smaller portions and no snacks) despite no exercise has resulted in a loss of 2.4 lbs. I know future weeks will be lower but it’s a great start.
Against my starting point (1 Jan 2010) I have lost 24 lbs. 20 months ago
