I feel as though i’ve taken one step forward and two steps back. every day i feel a little better, then as the day goes on i feel worse.

How to get over my cold

 "Drink tea with honey and stock up on tissues!"
How I did it: I tried to rest, drink lots of liquids, and use lots of tissues. I had spicy foods & soups to burn out the cold. I learned how to use my neti pot. Lessons & tips: Make sure the medicine cabinet is stocked with cold meds and the kitchen with tea, honey & soup ingredients! Puffs plus with aloe helps save the skin. Resources: Tea |

well about a week ago actually, but I’m glad it’s gone, and my asthma too, for now. But no one can predict the next time it’ll strike.

asthma cold

ok, well I am in the cough stage of my cold which started four days ago, and the thing that sucks the most is that i suffer from mild asthma, so everytime i get a cold, my asthma flares up again. So i cough twice as often (though not that often).
I have no set way to get over a cold, so maybe i don’t need this goal, but I could use tips to make the whole experience a little more bearable.

This was my first day back to work and it was alright. I did get very tired about an hour before I left again, but overall felt the best yet in the past week.

shift in symptoms, which seemed to be worse than the day before, today I felt better again.
I even was able to sit down with my book and spend some nice time reading. That is progress :)

Today I’ve had a shift in symptoms, instead of head/body-ache, today the theme has been nose and stomach unhappiness.
I’ll continue taking it as easy as I can.

I hope I’m over the worst now, today I actually was able to think straight again, what a concept !
Still some sore throat and while I still get tired quick, I can stay up for longer stretches now. Otherwise thankfully none of the usual symptoms.
