i thing having ur own home is a great way to be much more independent, calm and stronger as a person

That´s my real need right now: MY OWN PLACE

I want to have a place called home :D . I don’t know will it be an apartment or house, but I want it to be my own, I don’t want to pay a rent. I would like to have a medium sized house with a huge yard around it, in a small town in the countryside, or a medium sized apartment with a great look to the big city.

This year I’m moving to Sofia (the capital of Bulgaria), but I still don’t know where I’m going to live.

i do not have my own home but share and i simply want a home which is mine and where i can truly relax. :-)

i give money from bank for 5 years. I’ve allready pay 2 times.

My grandfather bought the empty lot in 1924 and my grandmother laid out the floor plan for the three bedroom house. It’s a solid great old craftsman style home with beautiful hardwood floors. It even has a basement and full attic with plenty of yard and 5 large great oak trees. Then there was the time I gutted out and totally removed the bathroom all the way to dirt in the basement. I’ve rebuilt it totally. I replaced all the joist, plumbing and put marble to the ceiling with a whirlpool in it. Oh what a grand bath it is now.

Its such a grown up feeling…then you realize that the Bank is your new landlord. I look foward to the day when my mortgage is paid off! Then it really will be mine!

I’m getting my finances in order first, so I can own a home without as much fear.

yes will be doing this the beginning of May. Havnt had my own place since i was 22!

I wish with all my heart that I could have my own home. I’m so tired of fighting neighbors for parking and in winter I hate the shoveling your spot and saving it with the summer chairs. I want to be able to barbecue and be able to let my son run in the back yard. someday…
