I have been quit for nearly four months after having smoked for more than 10 years.
I know that staying quit is a lifelong struggle, so I want to keep it a goal.
I still haven’t beat my longest smoke-free period (seven months back in 2004-05), but I am confident I will.
At 31, I just can’t afford to be that stupid anymore.
Here’s to health!
I quit smoking about 2 months ago due to pregnancy I continued until week 14 and quit. I’m keeping my hopes high that I will have the strength not to fall back into this nasty habit ever again.
