charbox27 is trying to stay awake so I can finish my homework.
This goes hand in hand with the alarm clock one. And also the procrastination one. If I don’t procrastinate then I can go to bed at a decent hour and then I’ll be able to wake up because of my alarm clock.

For some kind of reason I wasn’t sleepy yesterday – I mean at all. I was really really tired around 5 pm.
Well I tried to sleep… but it was about 3 am when I fell asleep.
Why am I doing this to myself? I had to be somewhere at 8 am and I can’t function on 4 hours sleep.
I’ll try hard not to make a pattern out of this…
I used to be a morning person!!!

The last two weeks I had a pattern. It consisted of going to bed between 1 and 2 am, falling asleep straight away and getting up at around 7 am. TERRIBLE. I need more sleep to function. But the two days (nights) I tried to go to bed earlier I wasn’t tired and couldn’t sleep. Isn’t that GRRRRRRRRRRR?
I try to catch up on sleep on the weekends but it doesn’t really work… I’ll try to be in bed at midnight!!!

tier83 back to the working world. studying for Audit
i’ve actually gotten back to a “normal” sleeping pattern. i get sleepy around 10 or 11pm now so i go to sleep around that time. although i usually don’t sleep straight through the night yet, i feel like i’m getting better quality sleep. i get up around 7 or 8am and can be productive throughout the day without feeling tired. hopefully i can stick to this new routine with classes starting in a couple of days.

tier83 back to the working world. studying for Audit
usually i stay up to 4 or 5am easily. i’m in college right now and this past semester i only had a 9:35 am class twice a week and a night class once a week. next semester i have a full load with 5 classes and i know i’m going to need my proper rest to function properly. i tried to set a goal of going to bed by 1am every night for the past couple of days but that didn’t work. i didn’t go to bed til 8am today due to stress and just plain lonliness. i really wanna get this in check though over winter break so i can have a normal sleeping pattern once classes start again.

Yay! Went to bed yesterday (and actually yesterday) before midnight. Got up today (my birthday) at around 8, although I wanted to sleep a little longer – it’s Sunday, after all…
