I didn’t know whether to click that I “want” to do this, or that I’ve “already done” this. But, the fact is, I’m co-developing a very amazing wiki at Centiare.com, which will be a massive directory of people and enterprises. And, we’ve got Semantic Mediawiki up and running—working like a charm.

The goal is to have an app that will meet two use cases:
- Tao of Mac like blog/wiki integration
- All entities categorised with semantic actions based on templates – IE I if I make a page categorised as Event that indicates the Event will take place at a restaurant, my page on the Restaurant will automatically get an entry that says “visited on this date with these people”
- subscribeable content – the portion of the Event page that refers to the restaurant will also display on the restaurant page, but there will be one instance for that data, this is not a cloned entity
- integration with outside applications using a standard API – iCal can create events that generate stub Event pages, AddressBook’s list of contacts is automatically uploaded to generate/sync user-placeholders
There is more; I’ve got design documents, specs, the lot.
