How I did it: a lot of self and group motivation and fatty food. keep a neat desk area set up (preferably with draws containing any piece of stationary you might ever need. have a positive studying environment make a study timetable and STICK TO IT.. Only laspe after a hard day of assessments or exams be friends with your teachers, even the ones you don't like (it doesn't matter what they say, a teacher is going to be more likely to see your … Read how I did it…

I really should study more, but all these other things like procrastination and distractions come in and ruin my study plan. My grades are not as good as I would like them to be, and I am currently very unorganised. Sigh.
I’m trying my hardest to undo all these annoying habbits of mine, I hope I’ll be able to get better grades by the end of the year.
What I need to do before testweek next week:
1. Revise 17 chapters of maths
2. Go through 6 topics in biology
3. Go through 4 sections in economics
4. Reread three english books
5. Reread three swedish books
6. Learn everything in chemistry again because I never pay attention in class
Basically I have to go through everything I’ve learnt this year in three days time. This is what I get for leaving everything until the last minute. Fuck.
Steff69 is really really bored.
Seems ages since i wrote my last entry! Well here we are, 2 weeks until the exams!
Tryin not to stress. Took night off from study tonight. I didn’t intend to, it somehow just happened.
I’m doing 3-4 hours a night, I’ll step it up next week though. Wish me luck!!
liebelle dances to music... really slowly
For the next thirty one days starting the day after tomorrow (the 1st of May) I WILL STUDY EVERY DAY!
Ergo, I will absolutely cream the exams.

So lately I’ve been skipping. A lot. Not only that, but I’ve fallen WAY behind on my coursework for several of my classes. Even the homework I enjoy doing—Arabic, Courts—I’ve been putting off for weeks. Today I find myself completely unprepared for an exam in my 11:30 class and convincing myself to just skip it and take the optional final, which replaces a bad exam grade. How could I let myself become such a lazy-ass? I feel so burnt-out, I need a nice, long break… No summer courses for me this year! Hopefully I’ll be back in school-mode autumntime.
getting good grades did not matter to me that much until i became a top student early last year.
i thought i’d remain but i did not: infact, my grades decreased.
i was left with nothimg but frustration.
through this, i wish i could study more seriously.
and i hope to snag a medal next school year.
YEAH. get it on!!!!

I’ve actually started to feel just that little bit more organised! But I’m still a long way from where I would like to be…
Maiko_of_Kyoto Is Dreaming of a Better Tomorrow...
I’m in high school now, and basically the school wants us to study for 2-3 hours, especially when tests come up! I really don’t see why we have to study so long?!
But anyway, what has to be done, has to be done. So I’m trying to get into a schedule of what I’m going to do at what time, what amount of time I can spend on the computer, things like that…
I do like the concept of studying though, it’s just a bit of a drag that it’s so repeditive and sometimes boring =_=
