heya gucci i want to lose this amount to and i know how but its just having that push to go out and do it.During the past to years i have slowly put on weight which i worked so hard to lose 4 years ago.I gave up sugar,sweets, junk food, red meat,sugary cereal,bread,fizzy drinks and juices,potatos/pasta.
what i did eat was healthy foods and foods that contained low fat/calories such as chicken breast(fresh),fish,rice,cereal low in sugar and fat,sugar free jelly and low fat yogurts and only drank water.If you eat these certain foods and do exercise everyday even if it means a lil work out in your bedroom like star jumps,sit ups etc you will lose weight and see trhe difernce is 1 month or so. 5 years ago
