Nov week 3 1 week ago

I’m still snapping but this is definitely getting better. No weird welts (or at least far less compared with before). Getting to yoga at least once a week and running.

Still considering leaving my job. But it’s a big decision and one that I cannot take lightly.



Nov week 1 3 weeks ago

My job is really stressing me out and driving me mad.

I’m thinking of quitting and taking six months out to travel a bit and get my study completed. And then take the time to find something I really like.

The date by which I have to get it together and actually do this is … my birthday (ironically)! at the end of Nov.



Oct week 4 4 weeks ago

skin breaking out in weird welts … and it’s stress-related. So I need to start taking this goal super-seriously.
Made it again to Sat morning yoga class and also ran on both Sat and Sunday.
I would like to make it to yoga at least once during the week and I do think that is do-able.



Oct week 3 1 month ago

Made to yoga twice on the weekend … stretching and relaxed and felt generally less stressed. Really like the Sat morning class.



Need to make this a 'smart' goal 1 month ago

specific – go to yoga once a week (Saturday morning); get up by 7:30 each morning
measureable – record my progress here each week
attainable – it’s doable!
realistic – and realistic!
timely – do this for one month. assess my progress to Nov 10



Flipped out again last night... 2 months ago

don’t know why … something needs to change in my life – or I need to change me a bit!



Getting up earlier really helps... 2 months ago

...the mornings are definitely LESS stressful with a little time under your belt. Funny how so many of my goals tie back to getting up earlier!!



This does not seem to be going well... 2 months ago

I have started occasionally waking up with weird stabbing chest pains which I suspect are anxiety-related. Bloody awful. Need to make this goal an absolute priority.

1) Breathing exercises
2) Running
3) Not waking up late and stress stress stressing about getting into the office too late
4) Having a list of the things I need to complete and methodically completing them!!

Aim – Is to come home and not be so exhausted and crazy!

I am so so happy! Plenty of of yoga, maybe a film, some cooking and general chilling out … brilliant: ))
