This is a goal that I will probably never 100% accomplish, but I want to improve. I’m trying to work on reducing stress through journaling, exercise, yoga, breathing, and distracting myself, instead of dwelling on the stress and letting it spiral out of control. I can’t let my work overtake my life and let stress make my decisions for me. I also need to talk to people more and not keep everything inside. 16 months ago
