I’m still keeping this as my things to do… but I made a film… not necessarily a movie… but a film nevertheless. I was assigned a project in english class to create a Fable and present it using technology. With the recent American politics being in the minds of many people, I made a satire of Governor Sarah Palin. The film is composed of 4 parts; her Interview Prep.. CNN Interview Pt1… Her Infomercial… and CNN interview Pt2. Check it out on YT… DannyDirectorDude lol Hope you enjoy. Again… still keeping this goal as that project wasn’t a REAL movie with a storyline… but I’m still proud of it! :)

Look for a movie about the Pacific Northwest, Wolves, and Science in the next decade or so…:)

Just among my circle of friends in Cheyenne and Saratoga, WY, I’ve always had a pretty decent talent pool from which to draw, but my enthusiasm alone just never seemed to be enough.

Until I met Hero#1, one of the co-owners of our Friendly Local Gaming Store, Heroes Only, and an aspiring screenwriter.

Together we’re brainstorming a plot for a short black & white, possibly silent, slapstick horror movie. We have access to editing software and a trained editor, a high def camera, and lots of random crap. The film is more or less cast—our fellow gamers…

This is going to happen!! WooOOOoooOOO!

Of course, NaNoWriMo is going to get in the way, but obstacles are meant to be hurdled, no?

Lefty and Righty are twins who go to mohegan sun for 7 days. But During that time, they must learn how to count cards, and be up $50,000. If they don’t they’re life long rival Blaine will kill them because he payed for their tickets. Blaine’s a compulsive gambler and he wants to know how to count cards for future wins and he needs $25,000to pay off debt.

Independent movies are really different from the big movies, and the script, has a lost more heart than all these ones getting taken from books, or have huge budgets just to kill people and make gory action scenes. I want too, but I plan to give it some time. I have written many a scenes in my mind, but I just don’t know hot ton piece together a story. Good luck to all those who try. The result is worth all the effort.

I’m trying to get the old idea factory running – a.k.a. my brain. It seems to be a slow process and so far I’ve not come up with anything particularly funny.

That video was scripted (though we didn’t take the time to learn the lines, which was probably more funny than the actual jokes), but Amos and I just improved bad jokes about the wii. We said that a yellow wii would be the way to go because a red wii just isnt right and using someone else’s wii just doesn’t feel right.
Mainly the ideas are still in the tech department – such as: Syntara could have an awesome search page that searches all your database tables for something you want.
