Own a nightclub

Whats the first step in owning a nightclub

I would like to know what all has to be done in order to open a new nightclub.

well…i’ve travelled alot and realized that when ever I went somewhere I was always in loved with the night life. Probably thought about starting it up as a bar and expandin from there. But for right now…I’ll just enjoy the life of livin in a quiet town in freakin Iowa.

I guess I realized that this goal lingerd from my near obsession with the film, “A Night at the Roxbury.” Ah, well.

well owning a nightclub is the only thing i want to do iv done so many other things, worked for so many people but i just cant work for some one else so i went self employed as a plumber but its just not what i want but my gole seems so far away.

if anyone can help or knows what to start with be my guest.

This would be the best job in the world! Or the best one I can think of at the current moment!

I want to own a club in my home state. We dont have a great club that people mostly talk about around here specially if you live in Delaware. Now if you have an enterprise thats loooking good you can think about investing in Wilmington, Delaware since their are rebuilding the city in the near future. The city has some land to create thats why i want to make a great establishment on making the city luxury and state of the art club…Just a peek of what it be

I’ve been all around the world, and partied at alot of clubs but the ones I have had the most fun I took notes on. I have a great idea for a Gothic Club, and just wish I had the money to start it. Did alot of research, and made alot of Cost Analysis Spread Sheets, and its going to take alot of cash. Cash no one will ever loan me. I hope to publish my novels and make enough money to start a Club. I also live in Utah (need I say more) and a club like this would bring the Goths out in droves. Gods I wish I had the cash, or at least get it before I’m too old to enjoy being a club owner.

It would be perfect to have a nightclub to arrange your friends and to meet new people from the society

I’m currently a student…going for marketing, but owning my own club is one of my long term goals….I already started designing some floor plans and other ideas. Any other advise…as far as starting off?
