I need to remember to take my meds, one of those pillboxes that have alarms I’ve been told help, so I will invest in one of those and see.
I was diagnosed end of 2006, at the age of 36. Let me just say it answers a lifetims (so far) of things in my life as I look back. But now to get it under control.
My little sister tells me it’s hard to talk to me. I will be saying something, stop mid sentance and notice the “shiny” thing we are driving past :) I never realized …..
I will take my meds, I have a notebook/calendar in my purse so I can write everthing down and NOT forget things.
Lets just see how it goes ….

I don’t like it to say but i want to be open up about it..
I hate the fact that i can’t concentrate and sit still for a while.. i want to get my ADHD under control, and experience a calm feeling about everything and lern how to plan and manage things.

well…
I went to see a Psychiatrist and now I don’t have ADHD.
I am bipolar. Type II.
It all fits, now that I have read about it. I get all the depression and very little of the mania. So I guess this one is done. I’ll still reccomend it, if for nothing else than getting evaluated by someone more learned in the field than your family doctor.
